Issues With Viewing "Your Recent Activity" on Cosmo / Identity Website?

    Just curious if anyone else is having issues accessing the "Your Recent Activity" page after logging into your Identity account online. Normally this page would list itemized Identity point activity for the last 365 days, however now when I log in, the Account Activity window is blank (except for a button aptly named "Button", which does nothing when you click on it).

    I am able to access my tax statements, and my offers and upcoming reservations are all listed when I log in, but there seems to be an issue with accessing the activity log.

    Checked just now using an iPad. Works normally here.

    Just checked mine as well and it’s working as normal. Although this afternoon I had a difficult time logging in (kept getting an error message) so maybe they’re having issues with their website.

    I'm getting the same thing. About a week and a half ago, I sent an email to identity desk. They did some checking and then sent it over to "IT". I haven't heard anything, since. It definitely worked, at some point.

    My last activity there is from October. I wonder if there's a bug if there's no activity in X days/months, it breaks the page.

    It was working for me until yesterday, but now I can't even log in to the website. So I suspect they're working on an issue

    I've been getting the blank screen and BUTTON for a couple months now. Anyone else? Would really like to see my activity. Last trip was October if that makes a difference.

    It can be buggy. I usually can see activity but occasionally get the "Button" button.

    Have you tried again recently, @Marilynfan? I logged into my account earlier this evening and was able to view my Identity activity over the last 365 days, so at least for me, it seems to be working. However, as Chuck mentioned, it can be buggy at times.

    Yes just gave it another try now and still just see the blank screen with the BUTTON.

    I can see activity back to September. I don’t see my trip from last May.

    I see this when I don't have any recent activity (past 3-4 months or so). As soon as I have new activity, it all starts working again.

    I agree with @Uncle__Joe's observation. I usually find that immediately after or up to a few months after a trip, I have no problem viewing my Identity activity. It's when it has been 3-4 months or longer since my last visit that I have issues with viewing my activity online or run into that "Button" issue.

    As such, a day or two after each visit, I log in and print (well, save a .pdf) of my activity for the past trip. That way, if I want to go back and review my activity or determine when points will expire, I can always refer to the saved file if the Identity website is being flakey.

    Yeah, mine only really works during or right after a trip. After that, all bets are off on it working.

    Yeah, me too. I've fallen from Gold to Velvet, even though I know I've played there in the last 6 months. Also getting the infamous button. Sadly missed out on the videopoker.com opportunity to play.
