    One thing I forgot to pass along... The Cosmopolitan, for the time being, lets you do fast pay at every machine. First handpay as usual but after that you can fast pay everywhere. Sooooo nice and quick. I hope they keep it that way and it catches on at other properities

    Why would they change that though? I never understood why it was only in HL anyway. They've got lots of high dollar machines outside HL too where handies are easily achieved.

    If anything I bet this probably makes people gamble more because they don't have to wait to get paid lol

    I agree completely...however the slot attendant said it was temporary. That's why I do hope they keep it in place.

    That's too bad. I bet casinos like other customers to see winners being paid out through the traditional handpay method. I'm sure there's an allure to the whole spectacle that makes other guests believe they could be next. If you just load it directly to the machine no one may even notice you had a 'jackpot'.

    In my experience, foot traffic absolutely increases when I'm waiting to get paid and people want to see what's going on.

    10k would be a huge jump. $5k at least seems realistic if they're going to make any changes
