    No, dont take his comments the wrong way. pphold knows he is blessed. pphold is very generous, genuine and sincere guy. Harmless too. He might have a little too much time on his hands but that's it. He just wants service for his hard earned money and wears his emotions on his sleeve. I too like turn down service and the room cleaned up before i get back up from a night of degenerative gallivanting situations! LOL.. The only difference i call before i leave the room just to make sure.

    Losses was one thing.

    I don't get why Aria is so bad to me?

    I've had not had issues with MGM or even Luxor and Mandalay Bay.

    The front desk manager was very nice and she did try to do everything in her power to make things the best that she could.

    She did get me check out fast so I caught and earlier flight home.

    I was just asking about turn down service not that I need it as the bed was not straight.

    This is crazy from a 5 star hotel, but like it had been said I might need to not visit Aria anymore.

    Too bad since I like the casino

    Time to just fly home and take a big break from the casinos. Local (Winstar ). Shreveport and Vegas.

    NATEDOG suggested that I take a really long break. I think I will take his advise.

    No local and Shreveport for sure.

    A break might be a good decision. Nothing like this should bother you this much in Las Vegas. Your pictures tell a story of a wonderful adventure, you should be happy not upset. Don't sweat the small stuff. If a property doesn't meet your needs, walk. There are a great number of wonderful casinos and hotels in Las Vegas and you have all the power.

    I'm taking a break from Las Vegas, but for other reasons. I will build the excitement and have an amazing trip this summer.

    I guess you are just not meant to stay at Aria. So strange. I have stayed there several times and have literally never had one service issue. I hate it didn't work out once again.

    Standard rooms do not get turn down anymore of platinum I think tower suites check in people do get it.

    Yes you are absolutely correct; MLife Platinum members staying in standard rooms are no longer getting any (turn down) service at all. But staying in the Sky Suites / Tower Suites you will still get your itsy bitsy chocolates and duvet flip.

    Hey buddy! Sucks to hear about the loss. However the casinos aren't going anywhere. Take a break for a while. Winning and losing streaks come and goes. Let the losing streak ride out for a while.

    Key is to have fun. I try not to let the small things bother me as I used to get peeved at the small things that would go wrong. Better to just let it slide and let karma fuck the people responsible for the mess....I'm sure karma will do a better job than you or me...
