They could probably get away with even money BJ at lower Mins & same with three zero roulette.

It’s not triple zero. It’s MGM ROULLETTE with the Lion symbol. More ways to bet mean more ways to win!!!!

And for some reason I seem to recall Monte Carlo having even money BJ for $5 at tables kind of near the old food court several years ago. But I could be dreaming.

Maybe related, but a veteran MGM strip property BJ dealer told me a few year back that the company estimated it makes an extra $250K a day from their 10 Vegas strip casinos due to the payout difference between 3-2 and 6-5 Blackjacks.
    $90 million dollars a year.
I have no idea if this is accurate, or whether it accounts changes in player behavior.

I just returned from a Bellagio trip, and I can tell you that they have completely gutted the food credit offerings. I had a comp stay and $300 in food credits, and wound up with a $400 bill when I checked out. They exclude basically anywhere you'd want to eat, along with room service and the minibar, from the food credit (about $300 of my $400 bill was from room service/mini bar). I haven't been to an MGM property in a while, so I don't know when this started - I'm sure it's related to PGP though because this wasn't always the case.

I was lured there in part by what I thought was a decent food credit - if I had known they were going to be shady about it, I'd just have gone to my usual V/P. I wound up only using like $100 of the food credit, mostly for drinks at the bar. Also, they've pretty much gutted their late night food offerings at most properties (yes I know this started years ago, but it's still annoying - the cafe at MGM closes at 2pm - in a 5,000 room hotel). If you're up late - a likely possibility since it's Vegas and all - you'll be forced into an overpriced room service meal that won't be covered by your food credit. If you stay at MGM, "up late" means staying up after 2pm.

Don't be lured to an MGM property based even in part on the food credit that may be part of your offer. It's a Mirage in the desert.

That would be a deal breaker for me if Mgm refuses to honor the f&b portion of my offer by severely limiting where I could use them. Aria has always done this, and limited the f&b usage to only their resort but I’m thinking your talking about something different... I also have plenty of express comps and I wonder if they are going to limit the use of those as well...

Yeah, if I could have used the food credit exclusively at Bellagio, but it covered all or at least most of the food outlets there, I'd be totally fine with it. The last MGM property I was at was Aria and room service was indeed covered, as was the minibar. That wasn't the case this time at Bellagio. The suite they gave me was great, too bad they ripped me on the F&B credit. I'd have almost preferred not having a food credit as part of the offer, because then I would have talked to a host about the bill the night before I left. But instead I had the credit so I didn't check the bill, and was in a hurry when I realized it was on there so I just wound up eating the $400. Plus I hate begging hosts for things in general.
