It hasn't been a week yet, and I thought I'd recap my trip. Quick shout out to @Texas Steph who is still there and killing it at VP! Thanks for including me--I am just sorry I was leaving as everyone else was arriving. It was fun to post a few pics, but fairly difficult for me to remember to post and take pics. The gambol and drinking--that's easy to remember! I don't know how people give "live" trip reports! Kudos.

A big thanks to to @Cosmo_Slot_Vice_President for helping with this reservation last July. I had an MLife offer and Kevin said he'd get me a room with a terrace! Wow! The wrap around suite was way more than I expected! I was quite certain we were in the wrong room upon arrival, but I saw my name on the iPad...so I giggled and decided to enjoy the beautiful balcony.

I've already posted pics of our Cosmo stay in the Mission: VEGAS TR. Just a few thoughts...yeah....I get why everyone loves it! So, I join the throngs of others. ME TOO!! We really just slot around and rarely play VP. For slotters, Cosmo is fantastic. Great variety. Cocktail service is on point and quick. Also, Ruby Slippers is so near and dear to my heart....I have to love any casino that still has this game. That part of the casino with Ruby Slippers--it seemed like we had the whole place to ourselves. Or, had we scared everyone else off ?? Whatever...still loved it.

We felt no need to leave Cosmo until check out. By design I am sure. I am definitely returning because there was some fantastic winning for sure the first night. Although at Cosmo, James Bond and I broke up--officially. I mean $200 in and not even a kiss. Nada. But, some very delicious martinis.

Aerosmith cancelled so that was disappointing--or not--as I read in the Mission trip report. We ended up at Opium. Worked for us, but not for the faint of heart. Also, the lady next to my husband kept touching his leg and shoulder on funny parts. She was there with her husband too. Not sure what to make of that....:anguished:

Friday was our move day to TI to help mom celebrate her 70th! The shenanigans shirts were a big hit and my husband was a good sport about wearing his all day! When we arrived to our room, the husband was feeling a bet let down after the wrap around suite. Yeah buddy--I know. If you look out the window, you can see the balcony we sat on this AM.

TI winning did not happen on day one. But, the TI drinking was spot on! By day two I was bored..I need more slots or something. But, we managed some a few hits. Cocktail service was decent despite it being a Saturday.

Saturday night I wanted to keep gambling until the wee hours despite an early flight. So, Auntie and I hit Dragon Link. Within an hour I hit the minor ($250) on nickels and then the major ($695). These two hits put us even for the trip. I will say as a tip to others, yelling Panda, drop those balls...not my finest moment with my Aunt. Was alcohol involved??? This lead a gentleman stopping by and beginning to undo his belt. I just looked at him and said, "Sir, unless your first name is Panda, we are not interested!" We could not stop laughing. But seriously, dude, what were you thinking???

I figured since it was sometime after 2 AM , perhaps that was the sign to go back to the room . So we did.

All in all, we arrived home with our bankroll $100 light. That's it. We gambled and gambled. I know we spent more than that in tips....so I consider the trip a total win.

Easily made Sterling at Cosmo so I am hoping to return there in 2020 as we did not visit the pool at all. TI continues to upgrade the rooms and again, the sports bar is a refreshing change from the Breeze Bar in terms of a gathering place.

Good luck to all the Fanatics still out there. One day, we will meet...

People are so weird-your poor husband. Just awkward.

The views from the terrace always suck me in. Glad you had a good trip!

Glad a good time was had - enjoyed the pic of all of you with the t-shirts in the group report!

If we switch hotels - we save Cosmo for the last part of the trip - would be disappointing to leave Cosmo balcony room for anything else!

@claired67 agreed. People are weird. My current theory is they were swingers and there was some code we obviously did not know. Or, as you said... they were just odd.

Thanks so much for doing this recap! You had some laughs and you only went home $100 lighter... AND you fell in love with Cosmo just like so many of us have!! Congrats on getting that terrace wrap-around too!

Wish too that we had been able to meet, but there is always another trip around the corner!!

@IrishDave me too!! I went to the room around 2 am in a fit of giggles. Told husband. He said my late night gambol requires adult supervision. I said I was with my aunt ... Apparently...she's not an adult either... Guess we have our t's for next trip...Adult Supervision Required..

Yeah my husband would not laugh at that either, but Vegas gives you the best stories. Again, so glad you shared.
