My host left! :(

    Everyone posts the exact same footage from the masquerade area which is always a ghost town (I’ll be working to change that). We take over in very very early October.

    If anyone is following the saga -- my host recommended I reach out to someone, and I did. She was GREAT while I was there, but after I left it took like a week to get a response to my "can you check my folio" email. Two weeks ago I emailed to set up another trip and...crickets. It was right before the MGM hack, and I've checked in two more times, and still nothing. I reached out to @sparkydog's host two days ago so hopefully I'll hear something back? I can book my room but I need to set up transportation and VIP check in (yeah, it sounds snotty but I've earned it, dammit!)

    Has anyone had email issues with their Cosmo hosts since the hack? I hate feeling like a bother. I'm gonna check out Rio but the next two trips are set on Cosmo (the BF and I have birthdays coming up and Cosmo has been our place and then Thanksgiving is with my parents and I can't manage having both of them learning a new casino and new places to eat, that's just gonna be a nightmare.)

    From everything I've been reading across the boards and Vegas groups, Cosmo email has been down since the hack - think that is one of the things already somewhat integrated. I know it was down in the beginning, and haven't seen any indication that it has been restored yet. If you have your host's phone number, I'd reach out by text, or call VIP to at least get the transportation scheduled.

    I'm not trying to help out a competitor, but I still like a lot of people there... they don't have email at all - still. So without calling or texting, it isn't the hosts fault for not responding. They have zero email.

    I ended up calling the concierge to set up my transportation, because my host had left. So that is always an option. Concierge looked at my account and told me the name of my new host. But he has not reached out at all. I arrive Friday night. I'll be curious if I get any communication. If not, I am just going to wander into the HL room and chat with the host on duty.

    I hope you get this sorted out for your next two trips! :)

    We had some email issues with our host at Cosmo. Ended up texting him. They’ve got email back now. He had to manually send the room reservation over. That seems sorted now too as I got the email confirmation of room plus shows up online.
