    Table limit usually $500?

    That's an awesome blind pull.

    Ever had RF?

Unfortunately they would still have to stand never knowing when that $10 million whale comes in ...

Maybe George can give them a chair (ref: Seinfeld episode with the security guard)

Do you normally tip so much to both the host and dealer normally or is that because of the tournament win? With a 500k win or loss that's 10% of net win/loss which seems like a lot.

This trip is much higher than usual because of all the forced red envelope tipping after the tournament win. Usually I do 500-3000 for a host depending on trip result. If I lost a lot it will be 500 to 1000 depending on how the final calculations go.

The dealers just come as a habit because I like betting the longshots with change and I usually put a quarter for them. So in a shoe of baccarat there will be about 40 hands where I bet for the dealers and if 5 come in that's 225-275 each time. So about 1k a shoe. For craps every come out roll they have a quarter on yo eleven so that adds up to one or two per session, so about 400-800. Then there's the change when I leave the table. For roulette sometimes I throw out a black chip for them on 17/20 split, and if it comes it is 1700 to them. Also change they get when I leave the table.

I do understand that my change is somebody's bankroll but it is all a % thing.

Also remember that when I tip, it is quarters or blacks, the reason it turns in 20-30k is because it is bet on the long shots...very insidious so I'm trying to wean myself of the habit but it dies hard because I believe in good karma...

The long shot bets Either for you or a dealer are exciting. Pair/pair/tie. And now the dragon bonus lol.

I can't see u weaning off since those are the fun ones. I'm evening betting them more lol

I'm pretty sure the order of the card change in the shoe depending on if you tip. At least that's what the casino tell me.

My friend had a dealer in chicago (won't say the casino) that could "control" the shuffle. Im sure it makes sense to you.

I'm trying to figure out you promo chip wash. I think you bet 50k cash on Banker, 50k promo on Player and when Player won you broke even on bets but then had your 50k promo converted to cash. Does this sound right?

The chips are only taken if you lose.
50k on each spot. If one side wins. The bet stays and you collect real cashable chips. They take the losing side. Since u collected real chips it's "washed"

since he only had 10 chips (500K total), it was not a long process to wash them all I believe,

Do high limit dealers pool tips with the dealers on the floor?

I asked an Aria dealer that question a couple years ago. She told me yes. All the dealers in the casino for each shift pool all the tips for two week periods of time and then each dealer on that shift gets a share. At least, that's how it was done a couple years ago

I would believe that is still true today.
To the dealers, that's their lifeline. Changing that is a huge deal.
Those who gain extra $50 a day won't appreciate the change. But those who lose
even $1 a day will hate the change.
