They should just do what THR does and give a TITO for the change - the days of giving actual change are numbered

This is a fantastic idea for supporting local charities! My local has been on board with this for about a year. I will typically donate the change under 50 cents when I cash out.

I would recommend taking this a step further - have the tito machines ask a question about donating the cents to charity when cashing out.

That's what they do at Cosmopolitan. "Would you like to donate xxx amount to these charities? "

As a note to Kevin, I thought I'd mention that when I visited in October, about half of the USB charging ports at Chandelier and the Sports Book Bar that I tried didn't seem to be working. Kevin, I'm not sure if maintenance of the USB charging ports falls under your jurisdiction or if it's a different department, but could you please have someone look into this? Those of us who spend a lot of time at Chandelier and the Sports Book Bar would greatly appreciate it!

Thanks - this doesn't technically fall under my scope, but it will be checked and fixed. Appreciate the tip.

This project is complete. Five at the sports book (all connected to same power source) didn't work. All chargers at both bars are fully operational now. Thanks again for tip.

Kevin - do you have any info/intel on the release date for this?

This new version of Boost will definitely appeal to many players.

I don't know anything about the game. But I have a pretty established track record of getting this type of product several months before your favorite casino gets it!

Let's just make sure you have a couple of them by the time I get there on April 12th so I can share the video with all of my Vegas Fanatics degenerate friends coming at the end of the month!! :D

Thanks for following up on my message and looking into this, Kevin! Needless to say, we all appreciate your interaction here and receptiveness to our comments. I'll be visiting Super Bowl weekend and plan on spending plenty of quality time at Chandelier and the Sports Book Bar, so I'll definitely be putting those USB charging ports to use.

On a side note, do you know if it's possible for a guest to reserve a seat at the Sports Book Bar during the Super Bowl, presuming that they would be actively playing a bartop machine while watching the game? I know that the seats and tables in the Sports Book can be reserved during the game, but I haven't seen anything about seats at the bar.

My guess is no, but seats are reserved for players.

So is the official policy at Cosmo that anyone sitting at the bar but not playing could be asked to vacate their seat for someone who wants to play? I didn’t realize that, and it’s good to know. Personally, I don’t know that I would feel comfortable asking a bar patron who isn’t playing to give up their seat, but then again, I do like playing at the Sports Book Bar and Chandelier, and both can be crowded at times, so it’s something to keep in mind.

I’d imagine if a bartender was aware that someone wanted to play but all seats were taken, they could also be helpful in freeing up a seat if there are any positions where the patron isn’t playing.

As a customer I wouldn’t ever ask someone to leave. I wouldn’t leave if someone asked me... Cant say I’ve ever seen a bartender ask either. This is one of those, doesn’t “really” matter what the policy is scenarios.

Not as a general policy. During big events the machines are actually labeled as reserved to keep people from just sitting there watching the game, race, etc. If you're playing the machine you're able to sit there.

From Twitter today. A nice way to help local charities. Looks like they'll be giving to different ones every quarter
