    Will believe with when I see it. Looks like an atlantis of Vegas...

    SLS really needs for these resorts up that way to finish a damn project to ride their coattails and get the traffic up there.

    If they actually do build this place, I hope all the slots are not those damned Mayan Riches......I never win on those things....

    It seems like a weird theme for me. If they go through with this, they'd better buy up that Cancun timeshare place and destroy it.

    I don't think it can fly in that design. It will require a lot of land for one thing. Up is the only affordable way to go on the strip these days. They are at least 40 years too late for that design........

    I think it's a good idea to build more beach style pools. Mandalay has been the place to go for that sort of thing and nobody really comes close. But Mayan? Meh.

    how long will it take to build and will it get built? Lucky Dragon is stalled I see no progress with Resort World and Nothing with new Crown and Packer project across from the Wynn where the Frontier use to be.

    I would like to see more progress with Resort world and lucky dragon. Hate to see another Fontainebleau.
