I have tried once in the past to do a trip report and failed badly. Ill try harder this time or end up doing just a post trip. Which are fine but not as fun as live for the reader! Its the GF and i at the Bellagio for three nights. I believe in a suite but i have not heard back from my host on that yet. MLIFE site says a luxurious!!!! suite but we will see.

No plans yet at all. I should probably get something together. The GF has aria spa booked for but that's all we have right now. I think Carbone is likely and Javiers for lunch as well. So i guess i need Mlife resort restaurant suggestions. We did Harvest last time which was good but open to others. We are not picky eaters at all. Just like good food with room service sprinkled in.

Shows. We might do O again but only as a back up. Not much happening in town other than the usual shows. I need something though as she is getting close to the end of her vegas rope unless i show her what vegas is!

Slots and Blackjack should pay for any extra cost we incur.

Any suite in Bellagio should be nice As far as usual shows, our favorite is Beatles Love at Mirage. People on this board have enjoyed Absinthe if you want something more risqué. Have a great trip!

We did absinthe a couple years back. Enjoyed it but the seats were shit. Also tried MJ cirque which was decent but we dont mind his music. The beatles we are not into and i am assuming we would need to really like their music. Thanks for the help.

Zumanity is definitely my favorite. It's hilarious and also just cool.

Liking the music would help with LOVE. But I was born in 1980 (and not really too familiar with their music) and still enjoyed it. But around the 50 minute mark, I internally thought, "I bet I would like this more if I was high." Lol

    I’ll chime in on Love...

I was never a Beatles fan...until just recently...but only a snapshot of their music. I have come to appreciate their psychedelic Sgt. Peppers era music. With that said, Love is just that...mostly Sgt. Peppers music! On top of that, the music is remixed, so it has more dimension to it. It is by far my favorite Cirque show and we will most likely watch again soon. I want to say I first saw Love, back in 2010...I was very pleasantly surprised by it...and I was not a fan of the Beatles at all back then.

Funny you say that. I saw Love with someone who came of age during the late 60's. That's exactly what she said.

Love that place. Order 2-3 things for each person and share.

Sausage and Potato Puree (This was ridiculously good!)

Yeah, the Beatles LOVE is pretty mesmerizing. It was nice to walk down the Strip and hear the Bellagio fountains play to Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds right after we saw it too haha

As much as I enjoyed "O" the first time..I've endured it just twice more taking first timers. Can't do it again. Same with Ka. (4 times is enough taking first timers). Go see Absinthe. Spend for the seats if you can't get it comped. I've only seen it three times but I could see it ten. They do change some acts so it's not same old same old time and again (remember the girl in the bubble,,,she wasn't there last time, but the water bottle guys were and they were awesome)..And of course I still have a soft spot for Zumanity. I only saw Love once. And I'm of the era,,,but guess just not a Beatles fan, although can't fault the production. It was visually stunning, (might have been better with drugs (hah) (not me) although I remember after the show I was commenting to someone..it's just a lotta people hanging around in ropes.
