Has given me the means and opportunity to continue cranking the antics into revisiting MGM Detroit, where I scrabbled together my initial seed capital..
I'll be in Detroit tomorrow evening for the week, leaving on Friday to go to Las Vegas for the Blackhat security conference.
I've offloaded my 302k win from Biloxi into my bank accounts, and have used the MGM backoffice transmittal system to load my MGM Grand Detroit front money account with 1M.

the last one for last night turned out to be a little dangerous.
1st buy 100 got smoked
2nd rebuy 100 got smoked
3rd rebuy 200, and asked for new shoe.
Biggest hand was 2x 35, both picked up doubles. 140 on the table.
Neither of them made it to 21, first double ended up at hard 12, second double at 19.
Dealer managed to bust. and that was the deal that finally pushed me from >100 loss to being up 15 for the table.
Next hand - 2x 5. haha, and of course I catch one blackjack.
ended with 22.5, after buying back the 400. Dealer (5th win in a row, and remembered me from last month, and the limits i was playing back then) was absolutely marvelling at wtf I was doing as my aggregate tip throughout these sessions was my old walk-away point per table for my own play, and the fact that i could go that deep without flipping a shit (I'm generally really calm throughout the up/downs)

So - at the end of this round.

Not bad for showing up after a late dinner.

My sessions are super short - out of the past 6 sessions I haven't gotten to the end of a shoe.

Once I deposit the chips into front money, I go and fuck off and wander/meander a bit and do other stuff, like this or digging into more infosec stuff. Also getting my "why take money from me as an angel" shit down.

My win was locked in 5 hands, and I lost the first 2.
Now at net +197.5 for the trip.

This one was rough actually, only won 20% of my hands (!).
Slightly tilted 30 up with 70 total, double down vs 6, dealer bust.
Only the second hand that I won in the whole session.
Then it was marker down and dealer tip time, which turned out to be a continuation on the disaster until 3 wins in a row on the last $200.
FM + pocket shows a net win of 226.5k
Dealers tips aggregated to 5.8k. (from 8k. yeesh)

On my side: 8 for 8 winning sessions.

Started a little dicy, Second hand was 3x 6k and got cracked when dealer pulled a 6 on 15, but then I did 1x 24 that was an easy double, and dealer bust.
Aggression paid off this time.
