Will my MLife ADT be affected if I play with my card next week at an MLife property while on a CET trip to Paris? I do not want to start the clock ticking if I'm only going to be playing 2-4 hours at Aria each day.

Hopefully someone knows the answer. I ask because I'm pretty sure I've heard DianaE. say something about not playing with a card at Aria because she didn't want to start the clock ticking due to her being at the Venetian.

It's not so much whether you're staying there, but how much you plan to play. If you're planning less than your normal coin in them no, I would not use my card because that will lower your ADT.

Yes it will - but since you have a host who will want any play you give can give them, the host should be able to keep your offers at the level you’re accustomed too.

Due to a customer service issue I had a no play trip at Aria last year. It severely affected my generic MLIfe offers. I also do lots of drop in play at MB. On trips since then my host has been able to override the generic offers and add both resort credit and freeplay.

If you have a good relationship with your aria host I’d suggest you email your concerns to her - telling her you really want to play at aria while you’re in town and see if she confirms what I’ve experienced.

Thanks - I have emailed my host - no answer as yet - it's only been 36 hours :) It isn't important enough to text :)

I'm way over platinum requirements for 2019 already and have 3 trips currently schedule to Aria between now and 12/1 - I'll just play without my card :)

I heard back from my host @Aria and learned something interesting. It actuallly helps my rating if I play at Aria while at staying at CET property because I'm not receiving any comps from Aria on the trip. So - looks like I'll be happily playing away at Aria next week :)

Speaking with my host in the past, mlife considers strongly the profitability (total casino win minus any complimentaries) of a customer in addition to/or in place of ADT. My ADT is double what it was in years prior, but I was a net winner last year and my generic mlife offers are much weaker than previous years when I lost money.

Luckily, my host is awesome and I have a long track record, so my host provides the better comps that my higher ADT would dictate. The difference between my offers and what my host gives me is like the Grand Canyon. The computers only look at the pure numbers. Example: Mlife gives me a tower suite and a few hundred resort credit for 3 nights at Aria vs. my host that gives me 1 or 2 bedroom strip view penthouses and $350/day f&b. It really makes a difference to have a good host - but you have to put in the play. They have to justify it to their superiors.

Heading to Aria Tomorrow! I agree with the above about having an AWESOME Aria host, we've had the same one since we started going, she always moves us way up from the generic offers. We're not very needy, but she is great, even the staff will comp us up when they see we are her guests.
