I've got Knights tickets we sell, but i just can't see value in the Raiders. Yea, it'll be a dope stadium and away teams will likely travel well, but the arena is just SO big i think it'll be hard to sell for a premium with what i think is going to be a pretty saturated market. If it's not 60k plus seating it's pretty close to that. Unless you've got really good seats, which will already have a BIG premium, I don't see then selling for much over face value around most of the stadium.

I think very few people are going to actually be buying tickets to watch the Raiders

They also aren't going to get the local, dedicated fanbase that the Knights have cultivated. I'd love to be proven wrong, but hell, the Knights not only sold out a meaningless preseason game, and the plaza outside the arena was packed during the game, but they were up 6-2 with 90 seconds left in the game, and there wasn't an empty seat in the house.

Agreed, I think Vegas will take to the Raiders but not in the same manner they've taken to the Knights.

The Raiders will always be transplants, the Knights ARE Las Vegas now. Of course, it helps that they started off as good whereas the Raiders are sure to struggle for a bit.

It WILL be interesting to see if the Knights keep the same level of fan support when they inevitably have a falling off (as all teams do).

Vegas loves it a winner after all. But I still don't think that the Raiders will ever be as beloved as the Knights.

I still expect when a big name team comes in it’ll be a tough ticket. Like Cowboys, patriots, Steelers, Packers, etc....

am I the only one that thinks PSL is "Pumpkin Spice Latte"?

I think the Raiders are going to take some time to build up some fan base - but over time they will build their base. And that base will stay home and watch them on TV. :)

@Goldenknight nailed it - Raiders are a transplant but Knights ARE Vegas. that takes time to dissipate and fade into the background.

I know a lot of Niner season ticket holders out here in that's pretty much the way they can make money or pay for the season tickets. Mark up the marquee games. However, if the goal is to purchase the PSL and tickets solely for making money, it may not be a sure thing. I think its best for those that want to catch a few games and still recoup on the season ticket cost.

If you're gonna sell the tix to randos, you might want to check and see what the rules are with respect to yanking your PSL/tix due to fan misbehavior. If you sell the tix via the NFL exchange, you might be protected.

I think it's a good investment. Football Sundays are highly popular in Vegas. I don't foresee you having trouble unloading them.

With the PSL do you get first pick at the other events hosted there?
