Rating the restaurants I ate at Downtown 9/9-9/12

I think the deal maker / breaker is the gravy. Given, you've got to have great hand-cut real potato fries. Given, it's got to be cheese curds. It's hard to fuck up a curd.

But what about the gravy? So many possible variations, and most of them from a mix. I think the real deal is a genuine chicken gravy.

 

Saw this on a local restaurant menu here and thought about these poutine posts! I’m not sure if you’ve ever heard of it made like this though! Lol I didn’t order it but thought I’d share what it was. It’s the first time I’ve seen poutine on a menu.

Oh man. Oh so good. The cool ricotta is what really brings it together in my opinion.
