Reading this report is such a ride. The ups and downs. I can only imagine your style of play is not for the faint of heart. One second a $300 bet, the next $1800 or more. Wow. The bullets you have must be a plentiful, but your drive and determination even after some heavy losses is off the planet. Good luck Ryce, we are cheering you on. I guess we can throw out the famous line "Bet with your head, not over it" with your style of play! ;)

After losing my pants at the Venetian, used up my free High Roller tickets

The views were exceptional due to the clear crisp night sky

After the ride, the RIDE continued with a series of bad sessions, culminating with me losing $20k at the D, Golden Nugget, Planet Hollywood, and the Bellagio. Down $35k for the trip.

But happy to say that there's a semi-sorta happy ending to this story...

Took one last shot at the Aria, and decided to play 1326 with purples.

Three shoes of ups and downs but wound up paying back the marker and walking out of there with a profit of $27k

So this leaves me down $8k for the trip after paying back markers.

ZOMG! Even I'm exhausted from the RIDE.

That's great Ryce! $8K sounds a hell of a lot better than $35K! Very well done! I'm going to be eating TUMS like candy watching you play in NOLA! Lol

How many spots do you play? 1 hand or 2?

I switch it up depending on variance. But mostly I stick to one hand.

My V/P host called back about a rebate and he offered either $500 cash or $1k in FP. I'll take the latter and see what we can do with that.

So for the trip I got $500 from The D, $630 from GN and $1k from V/P. Every little bit helps.

My attempt at converting the FP into cash was a disaster. Lol. Didn't win a single hand playing double deck pitch. The other player fared much worst, losing at least $7k during those three shoes.

Grandma's Chicken Soup. Surprisingly edible and not salty.

I always want to go to the Aria buffet but never actually do it. On a cold Sunday night, though, decent soup would be worth the price of admission alone.

Does it bring back memories from when you were 3?

No worries. Even though I had to pay extra for the bed-bug version, it was worth it.

Ummm, I was in Taiwan when I was 3 and my grandma never made chicken noodle soup. In fact, it wouldn't be another 5 years until I knew what it was when I had a can of Campbell's soup.

Wasn't feeling a tomahawk ribeye tonight so decided to venture out to Pizza Rock

Italian Fries with rosemary and garlic ... crunchy and zesty! Perfect appetizer

New Yorker, a 16 inch pie with sausage and cheese

The first one was too over-cooked

Curious how this made it out of the kitchen to our table ... no quality control

Anywho, the second one was better

The crust was crisp and thin. Yum!
