ok.. coming in Saturday and Sunday on second to last weekend in April.
    CET offer - 2 comped nights @ Caesars, $200 FP and $75 F/B - resort fee waived
    MGM offer - 2 comped nights @ Bellagio, $200 F/B - resort fee waived

Have not stayed at either property in the past so trying to decide which property I actually want to sleep in for the two nights. Trying to decide on places to eat - I am thinking Picasso since I have to use the credit at the hotel.
    - With CET credit, thinking about trying the Sterling brunch at Bally's Sunday morning
    - with MGM RC's The steakhouse inside of circus circus.
    Suggestions??? Recommendations???
    Thanks in advance

I love the Augustus Tower at Caesar's. That is where I stay
when I am there. Close to the Diamond Lounge and the cafe
right there as you walk toward the lobby is a good place for breakfast.

Sterling Brunch can't be beat - and if solo you might be able to just
sit at the bar and won't have to worry about a reservation. Circus Circus is
not owned by Caesar's - but BLT Steakhouse at Bally's is good, Old Homestead
at Caesar's is really good, and Center Cut at Flamingo is ok so if you are staying
at Caesars' they are all within easy walking distance. Old Homestead is really
expensive, but the other 2 are not bad price wise. Mon Ami Gabi is also a good
place for breakfast at Paris - which is also close. If the weather is pretty - sitting
on the patio is really nice.

Sorry - haven't stayed at MGM in years but there are lots of VF'ers that are
familiar with all of their restaurants and can advise you on those.

    Enjoy your trip!

    A lot of them
Of the three Cosmo is my favorite, but you will have a good time at any of those resorts. Because I like getting free play I would probably choose Caesars.

BLT steak is very underrated, and one of the better all around mid range steakhouses on the strip. Sure, there's Prime, or Cut or SW, but I'd put BLT in the tier right below.

Kind of depends on what room you can get at Caesars.

Myself, I'd probably take the CET offer because I'd be much more likely to use up all of the $75 F&B than the $200 at Bellagio. Get a steak and a couple of beers at the bar at Old Homestead.

And if you can get an Augustus room or one of the larger room types in the Julius Tower, that would clinch it.

I've eaten at Picasso solo a whole bunch of times, and have always enjoyed it. I usually bring a magazine (ordinarily if I was dining solo at a bar or something along those lines, I'd just mess around on my phone, but a lit screen throws off the ambience at Picasso), yet wind up just staring out the window at the fountain show for a couple hours straight. Probably my favorite thing to do in Vegas.
