So - as some of you may know - I kinda nuked a NJ online casino back in June - I'm going to start documenting out my day to day as I sprint my way towards half a million and onwards in net gains.
My last losing day was back in June 26th, losing 74.9k of the prior day's 171k balance (all online), but somehow re-gained everything within the following 2 days, and since then, I've somehow picked up 314.2k.

Over the following days, I've done a mix between the plethora of casinos in AC, Harrahs Philly, Sugarhouse, and made a first visit to Parx.

Today - started the day off at +387.5k. Took a train down to Philly. On the train, played online, +10.5k within 24k in bets with an average bet of $1846.15. Get to Philly, and head over to Sugarhouse. HL Blackjack, 10k buy-in. Lose the 10k within 5 minutes with maybe 1 winning hand total (i.e. what in the actual fuck?).
Deposit 50k front money, and go back to buy in for the front money. New shoe - 2500/hand playing 2 spots. Make the 10k back within 4 hands, and go on to finish up at 67.7k, and color up. Tip $100.
Lunch and then head off to Harrahs.
Get a 4x tier credit multiplier - and buy-in at HL BJ for 7500, playing 1-2 spots at 500/hand.
    Play half a shoe : +3500. Tip $40.
Take a walk around, and try mississippi stud with $500, at $10 per bet.
Utterly pointless - what kind of hit rate does that game have anyways? Didn't win anything in $490 worth of shots on goal at $10 ante. Tip the remaining $10.
Back to blackjack - in for the remaining 10500, and grind that up to 14900 betting between 500-1000/hand. Tip $40.
Notice the time, and it's time to head back up to NYC.
Trains are super delayed, so end up upgrading to the Acela, and head off an hour after I got to the station.
On the train ride back, review my statistics, and decide to try and match my online gains with my table gains.
+4650 online at 15k in bets, with an average bet of $600.
Total gain for the day: $30,250.

    Monday 7/17

Board the Philly-bound train, and start to play online.
Off the bat - lose my ass off.
Between 9:48 to 9:51, lose 22k on 44k in bets.
Manage to get 12k of it back, and subsequently lose the 12k + another 500 by the 9:59.
Fully tilted, and just barely getting started for the day, I fight it out and by the time we cross the NJ/PA border, at 10:16... I've got a net gain of 1k for the day on 271k in bet volume.

Now it's off to the Harrahs - pick up my free slot play, and give quarter 10 play DDB STP a shot.
Manage to make one premium hand - 4 aces from holding 3 aces, and manage to cash out $701.25 from a $525 free play.

    Then off to blackjack...
    10k buy-in => implosion

Decide to do the front money again.... 40k front money.
    40k to the table.
Lowest point at 33k, won a few hands in a row to get it to 55.5k => out.

Consider mass-transit options to get to Atlantic City, but they would all take too much time... so...
Car service to AC, during which, I play online...
    1 PM, 16k action, +1k net
    2 PM, 37k action, -8.5k net (ugh)

Arriving at Caesars, and a little tilty from the online nonsense that I just got clobbered with (i.e. down for the day now)
    Get my shitty $50 freebet
50k front money, 50k table buy.
    Table limits set to 500-25k
    Half a shoe later : 62k , +12k net => cash out
    Head to Bally's
    Get my shitty $175 freebet.
    5k buy-in.
    100-6k table.
Finish the shoe at 7.5k, net +2.5k
Walk over to Hard Rock - stand in the awful card services line - no mail + card upgrade + pin number set.
Walk over Ocean - stand in the awful card services line (and start playing online while dealing with the wait...+3.5k on 126k in action) - no mail + pin number setting....
Now it's time to go home, but the buses are all booked up for hours and I wanted to try and get back by 8pm....
So - ride service it is - for 270 to lyft it back to NYC.
Consolation on the cost of the Lyft: +4k on 4k in bets.
    Totals:
    +1k online for the day,
    +6.2+12+2.5 at the live tables,
net 21.2k for the day after all transportation costs.

Online - I'm generally just laying 1k bets, on up to 3 hands. The averages come down because of splits/doubles (just shows up as another 1k wager, and I'm not able to clump them together using pivot tables).

At the actual tables - If I'm buying in for more than 5k, and non-tilty, I'll start off with 500/hand, 1-2 hands, and progress from there.
I'll spread up to the 6k table max (no, not the 25k caesars table max, yet).
At 6k big bet, I'd still have around 50 big bets in total liquid $$, so.... not great, but not terrible either.
0.25% risk of ruin with 200 bets.

Right now I've had 16 consecutive winning sessions (knock on wood) - so as long as I dodge the extended losing streaks....

The other way I think of it is - I've got $413, playing $1-$3 per deal online, or 10 cents to generally $6 (or $25 at one place in particular), and I kinda slow myself down when I'm up by >$10ish per day...
Fairly likely to go up by $10-$20...

Do you increase bet size progressively after stringing a couple winning hands?

Sometimes - but also sometimes I taper it down. I've actually avoided a few potentially HUGE losses that way over the past few days. Was rocking 5k per deal for a few hands, dealer change, burn 1 card. I cut down to $100 bets and lost 5 in a row. Dealer's all apologetic. I'm all smiles.

Wow that's awesome, I wish I had the balls to randomly do that lol the craziest I get is throw $500-800 at a time but that's usually after 4-6 losing hands and getting frustrated

Yeah I can totally see that. Before I really heavily cashed out - I got hit by negative variance, and at 1K/hand, it was a 42k downturn, with subsequent recovery, 45k downturn with subsequent recovery, and what got me off of my ass - 75k downturn that was actually a 145k downturn (so 70 of that 145 swung back the same day), that took 2 more days to fully recover up off of.

On bet levels vs overall "bankroll" - i.e. whatever I've won, this charts out aggregate win over my average bet for the day.
Risk of ruin is significantly reduced the larger this number gets.

Looking at the chart reminded me to take a look back at what happened July 5th.
That was one of my choppiest online-only days.
Started off +11k in 2 hours on 187.6k in bets - nice right?

    Then, 3 hours of losing my ass off. -40.9k on 538k, -1k on 734k, -18k on 744k.

In my final hour of playing (actually, just 31 minutes worth) : +56.5k on 392k.

I ended up the day ... UP 7.6k on 2.6M in action...

How the hell did I put through 2.6M in the day? My maximum aggregate wagers per minute during that day: $20k.
3 hands per deal at 1k max can still be very chunky, and I've got all of the game settings tweaked to the fastest deal speed, no sound effects.
