Vegas trip report 9/30 - 10/2 with Royal Flush

Hello, We are from Southern California. My husband and I are total reward members. We remain total rewards members because the bonus tiers makes it easy to make diamond. We also like the free show and diamond lounge. But we do venture out to play at other casinos on occasions.

I have replied to a few posts before,But this is the first time I do a TR

9/30/18 Arrived Vegas around 5:30, diamond registration room was closed, there was a long line at the diamond/platinum line at front desk. We went to get tickets for the Wow show instead since my sister hasn't seen the show yet.
Went to Diamond Lounge after getting the tickets. I forgot to take pictures, I forgot to take picture on food and drinks this trip, so there will be no picture for any food or drinks.
Went to the Wow show at Rio after we enjoyed snack and drink at Diamond Lounge. It was the second time I watched Wow, but it was my sister's first time, she really enjoyed it. We went to Aria to gamble a little since the night was still young. Played the Dragon spin, got a bonus on the second spin. It wasnot a big win, but not a bad start.

 

Second day, 10/1 Caesars Palace
My only decent win was Whale of Cash for $200 before we had lunch. Went to Bacchanal Buffet after playing slot for about an hour, the quality of the buffet seems to have gone down a little. Crab legs were pretty bad, but there were still plenty of other food that we enjoyed. Sorry, no pictures.

 

10/1 Rio Casino

We went to Rio after the buffet, got an ace 4ok after a very short time. Then about 30 minutes later, I got the Royal Flush. My sister seems to always give me good luck when I take her to Vegas.

 

10/1 back to Caesars Palace

We used the money we won on the Royal Flush to play on the $5 Bonus Poker in the high limit room, put in $500 and played a while and ended up even. Play some more $1 Bonus Poker and some slots, and did well, went back to HL room and put in another $500 in the $5 Bonus Poker machine. We got 4 2s and one 4. winniing $1000. We were very happy, too bad it was not double double game, it would have been a lot bigger win, but we didn't want to play $5 machine on such a volatile game.

 

10/2 Checked out
We checked out around noon and drove to M Resort. Gambled a little, no luck. Went to the Studio B buffet, the buffet has gone downhill, there was no line at all, it used to be an hour wait in the past.
We gambled a little more after lunch, still no luck, so we drove home around 4:30 pm. End of trip. We really enjoyed this trip, haven't won any money for a long while, I guess this winning will off set some of the losses for this year. Thank you for reading my TR. Have a nice day.

 

She is my lucky charm, she only goes to Vegas with me about once a year. I got 2 other Royal Flushes when she was with me. The first time was at Caesars Palace, I was playing $5 9/6 Jack or Better in Ceasars HL room, but I was too cheap to max bet, I only bet one, I was dealt a Royal, so I won $1250 instead of $20,000. I would never make that mistake again, at least not intentionally. The other time was on quarter machine with winning of $1,000. I gave my sister hundreds of dollars every time we win, but she always managed to lose it all.

 

Rio is also my favorite casino for VP, it is the only dollar full pay Bonus Poker for CET in Vegas, and it is still $10/tier point. I have also gotten 6 of my royals from Rio during the pass 15 years.
