I found gem on our Canada government gambling site.

    Everything is 9/6 fp.

@tringlomane how much advantage does a player have for fp?

@Stardust1958 looks like I don't need to go out anymore [IMG][IMG]

You mean the disadvantage a player has?

9/6 DDB has a house edge of 1.02%. Or in other words a 98.98% return.

Also I'm a bit surprised that "Match Times Pay" hasn't made it to the casino yet as an option. I've only seen it on Double Down Casino for play money. It's basically a simplified Double STP feature.

If I recall correctly, if you bet $2 more dollars per hand, they will spin that triple wheel and you'll have a chance at a multiplier.

    Odds of 3X multiplier: (4/9)^3 = 64/729 = 8.779%

    Odds of 5X multiplier: (3/9)^3 = 27/729 = 1/27 = 3.70%

    Odds of 8X multiplier: (2/9)^3 = 8/729 = 1.10%

Value of base + bonus bet in total bets:
    630/729*1 + 64/729*3 + 27/729*5 + 8/729*8 = 1021/729 = 1.4005486968

Factor that bonus bet improves return: 1.4005486968/1.4 = 1.0003919

But the factor of improvement is a lot smaller than I thought I guess. It only adds about 0.04%, so 9/6 DDB becomes 99.02% return with the bonus bet.

But be careful with online play! I got sucked into online poker, and played tons during the poker boom because well, it was there. Lol

    Thanks!!

Online is scary, I used to play quite a bit online poker too. Feels like a Lots of setup hands, probably due to speed of hands were dealt and don't know when to cash out.

Yeah, in any form of electronic gambling, you're dependent on regulation and the casinos following it. In this case, how much do you trust your government's lottery? Lol

Oh I forgot to mention this last night, but you might have figured it out in your TR thread today. 9/6 TDB (98.15%) is NOT full pay, 9/7 TDB (99.58%) is.

Full pays do vary by game:
    8/5 Bonus (99.17%)
    9/6 Boner Deluxe (99.64%)
    9/4/4/3 Bonus Deuces (99.45%)
    25/15/9/5/3/2 Deuces Wild (100.76%)
    10/7/5 Double Bonus (100.17%)
9/6 Double Double Bonus (98.98%)...some argue 10/6 DDB should be considered "full pay" (100.07%)
    9/6 Jacks or Better (99.54%)
20/7 Joker Wild (Kings or Better) (100.65%)
    1200/239.8/120/18/15/11/5/3/2 Pickem (99.95%)
    12/8/5 Shockwave Poker (99.55%)
    8/5 Super Aces Bonus (99.94%)
    9/5 Super Double Bonus (99.69%)
8/5 Super Double Double Bonus (99.69%)
    9/5 Triple Bonus Plus (99.80%)
    9/7 Triple Double Bonus (99.58%)
    9/6 Triple Triple Bonus (99.75%)
    9/5 White Hot Aces (99.57%)

More reason to not play online. Thanks for listing all FP. I've screen shot it for reference.

Beer is on me if we cross path in future

Looking to play some DSTP and UX DDB at bartops in vegas. Does anyone know which bars have the best paytables for those game types (just quarter level). Been playing CET properties but they are brutal there.

I'd think cosmo may be your best bet. There should be some of those bartops at Chandelier and Sports Book. I think, but not 100% positive, it's 8/5 DDB at quarters and 9/5 DDB at 50c for DDB. And although the variance is just nuts, TDB is a better payback game there with 9/5 at quarters and 9/6 at 50c+, iirc.

Also Whiskey Down at MGM has 8/5 DDB DSTP for quarters, and 9/5 DDB for dollars. So if you like whiskey, go there for sure.

Also if you really insist on playing CET, Rio may still have 8/5 DDB w/STP at Shutters and Sportsbook Bar. But of course, you'd have to play at Rio. And who knows if it's been downgraded in the last 18 months since I've been there.

Unfortunately I dunno UX offhand as well. But I know cosmo offers 6/5 Bonus UX (~98%), as does my 2nd home, TAG Lounge at Linq. So it's likely Codmo would offer 8/5 DDB (~97.3%). I would think 9/5 DDB (~98.5%) is wishful thinking on any bartop anywhere.

Sports book at Cosmo does have Super Times Pay but only on select units. Last time I was there they were only on the ones on the side opposite of the Starbucks further away from the front door.

Ok so what does the 9/5 and 9/7 and 8/5 mean when describing the paytable anyway? Lol I see it posted all the time, but don’t know how you know which machine is which? Is it the amounts it pays from minimum bet to max?

It's the single coin pay-off for the Full House/Flush. Those are typically the two determining factors for pay tables.

In non-wild games most of the time, the only two payouts the casino will only alter is the full house and flush because each unit of these payouts will adjust the optimal payback by roughly 1.1% in most cases. *Nick beat me to it* lol

And somehow I brain farted on that list and left out Jacks or Better...lol

"Full Pay" Jacks or Better is 9/6 (99.54%) which means a full house pays 9 for 1 coin and a flush pays 6 for 1 coin. But you have to typically bet 5 to get the max payback since the royal only pays 800 for 1 if you bet 5 (4000 coins).
