What is the Casino on the strip that you seem to win at the most?

PS. Does anyone know if the Casinos on the Strip have similar holds on their slots?

    I can't detect much of a diff.

There's no way for players to know what the holds are except at V/P. V/P does their point system based on hold, so it's easy to calculate the hold for any slot.

You would imagine that strip casinos don't want their holds to be radically different overall, but who knows? If a slot exec who is privy to the info moves from one chain to another, that would be one way competitiveness would be maintained, no idea how often that happens.

A host who wasn't privy to the precise numbers but was interested could probably figure it out if they had a player who always played the same machine. If you have access to the player's theo amount and coin-in, that's all you need.

Makes sense i was assuming not a huge difference on the strip and not large enough a difference people would notice.

Ive been wanting to possibly stay there instead of bellagio. Does the casino get busy? The few times i have gone in there the casino seemed quiet.

Your post will probably have me go play there and may even possibly try a stay there rather than bellagio.

My best run was at Paris. I had 7 handpays in about 2 hours 1 morning. That was a lot of fun.

I took the local for over $12k one night on 3 separate handpays but sadly those results are not typical lol

I actually started playing at Aria because it does seem quieter than Bellagio. It has over 4,000 rooms and is usually at > 95% occupancy but rarely feels packed - unless you're playing at night in front of Javier's - you can't even hear yourself think on the machines in front of Javiers at 8PM :) :)

I have had the most luck at Aria, followed by Bellagio.
BTW I think it's important to consider bet size for handpays.. Since you can rack up plenty of handpays going 25-100/play.
I'm going 1.50-3 per spin in Vegas.

Casino is quiet during the day for slots. Tables are exceptionally busy at night. Noisy newbie crowds on the weekends in my opinion. I mean hootin and hollerin noisy, bachelorette parties screaming because the bride just won 20 bucks on the Ellen slot. I think Aria attracts more party/nightlife folks and convention crowds vs gamblers.

I totally concur that a handpay on a machine set to .01 denom is much much harder to do than higher denoms.

Flamingo. Place is very dated. Old carpet. Bathroom too small. Bad floor drinks. But they make it up by playing music I like (80 s!) and looser then other place slots on the strip. I love V/P but they are getting pretty tight. Wynn? That place is tighter than owl's behind.

It might be Flamingo for me. I never seem to take big beatings there, but I've had a few lucky hits over the years. Linq has been very lucky to me in the past year and a half (5 trips) as well. But the 6 trips before that were rough there.

The unluckiest in recent memory is definitely Cromwell.

My Aria handpays are $1 or less bet. One at .60c , one at .80c, one at .75c. About 7 at $1.

Very nice - still eluding me after 7+ years of slotting. Then again my dad hunted deer for 20+ years and never got one.

Lots of Aria. I was thinking that wins would be tough to come by with them not being as busy as others. But thinking and gambling dont mix for me.

I may have to consider aria. My bellagio offers are also good for aria and others, plus a casino host locally i have known for a long time was telling me she has a very good friend whos an executive host at aria. Maybe with that connection i could get him treat me as good as my bellagio host.

I assume the suites are nicer at aria?

My luckiest casino seems to be Bellagio. I have spent time in planet hollywood, cosmo and MGM.

I have hit multiple jackpots at Bellagio. Nothing over $3500 and most came from chasing on the same machine.

I need to become more disciplined in switching machines. When i switch machines i seem to do better. Wheni get in a fight with one machine I generally lose.
