Heading to Vegas next week and staying at Palazzo; have 200 in dining credit with my offer and want to try one of the steak houses. I see that there is Cut, Morels, and Delmonico. Which steakhouse would u eat at and are there any other recommendations.

@DaArsonist, my vote would be for Lavo at The Palazzo, the Waygu Meatball is a great starter! All steaks at Lavo are USDA Prime and Dry-Aged for 28 days. Lavo and Bouchon are my favorite restaurants at The Venetian Resort.

Im a filet gal so CUT hands down for me. Second choice would be Delmonico. Haven't tried Smith and Wollensky so can't comment. I agree with @Mr_Elite on the Wagyu meatball at Lavo plus they have a fantastic Happy Hour there. Sea Bass at Tao is also great. Bouchon for breakfast

Cut is our favorite. Unless the renovation at Delmonico is done by next week then you can't go there.
