Bardot is one of my favorites, but they've been messing with the menu. In particular, they seem to have taken the Hunter's Waffle off the menu, which was probably my favorite brunch dish of all time.

I've had that happen every now and then (not at Bardot, but at various places on the Strip). It's not really acceptable, but if Hell's Kitchen has taught me anything, it's that any station can have an off-service. The more important thing for me is how the handle it, and it sounds like the service staff did the right thing. That said, if you give it another try and it happens again, I'd probably switch it up next time. That's just me, though.

Caesars was aggressive in promoting themselves though. I received at least two emails from them asking me to vote for them. I received nothing from Mlife or Grazie.

Yup. It’s like Delta winning best airline in North America-basically meaningless.

It makes complete sense, as by all accounts Caesars Rewards is the largest player database on the planet. IE, more people play in that club so more people voting will vote with that club. Its just a popularity contest really. And they are only popular based on the sheer number of casinos and saturation they have.

It is like McDonald's winning best burger, since more people have tried their burgers than the Sin City Burger at Smashburger, which anyone that has had the SCB knows it is far better.

Just like this poll. People that put more play into one club, get better offers at that club VS another. It is slanted. If we all played our way, we all took 1 vacation to Vegas each month, then we all would have drawn proper offers, based on our play within their clubs, for all 12 clubs on this list.

But in real life, I give my play to Cosmo and MGM. I would vote them over Wynn, because Wynn gives me nothing, because I dont play at Wynn. I hope that makes sense!

I voted Cosmo, who hasn't really changed anything about their club, since I moved there almost 5 years ago. Mlife changed their earnings a couple years ago, which makes it harder to know what to expect. And next month, they are changing once more.

Mlife offers me more free play and resort credit than Cosmo. But, I rack up more point play at Cosmo than I now do with Mlife (stupid specialty slots) so that levels off some. Platinum at Mlife gives me a 30% bonus on points. But Gold at Cosmo gives me a 200% bonus, as everything I earn doubles. And that is a huge upgrade! Even though my points can only be used for spend or play at Cosmo, where as Mlife builds points for both spend and play. That puts what would have been $1 earned to $1.30 FB + $1.30 EC. That is 60 cents more, per dollar earned on the program. Even that still is in Cosmos favor though, where I would earn $2.00 instead of the base $1.00. And their point earning is every $2.50 and not $3.00- $10.00 on slots, like Mlife.

To be honest, most of what comes with my cards at both levels, I just dont use. I have never used the special 2 free nights at Cosmo, nor the 2 companion nights. My room is already comped, and I'm in Vegas to gamble. And anyone that travels with me, we like having slumber parties in the same room. I do like the BOGO stuff at Cosmo, which is another check over Mlife.

I respectfully disagree. I was with Caesars for years and years. Same bankroll for Vegas trips, same amount of nights, same amount of playing and the best offer ever received never topped $500. We were Diamond the entire time with 100K+ points earned each year. We were loyal because of Atlantic City and then Horseshoe Baltimore. Average yearly loss around 13%. Based on 7* friends' experiences and offers, they were not looking for loyal customers who churn but big bettors. Refused to lose even more to see if they would be interested.

MGM has extended several small offers (2-4 nights depending on property, $50FP/$100F&B) over the past five years but we only play at Aria and Bellagio when we are venturing out from Cosmo for a short walk.

TI has finally stopped trying to bring us back. Their offers were okay, not as low as CET of course. Free nights with $500 or below in FP.

Took advantage of tier match at Wynn and very minimal play over the years. Won Dollar Storm major within 20 mins of play and left so all offers are just for reduced rates.

Venetian is offering three free nights and I haven't played there on a card in a long time. Only visited for conferences.

I really don't see where the disagreement is. You just proved my point. You played up at CET, and you were getting $500 in free play. You hardly played at MGM, and your offers were a fraction of those with CET. You short played Wynn, and your offers went away. You dont go to Ventian, and you only get free nights.

People who vote for the best club, are those people invested in that club over others, and that club gives them the most because of that.

My experience in Vegas, and what I get with my level of play. I normally run about $10 of coin through the machines, all slots. I normally stay with any given casino, for 2 nights. That puts my rated play at 3 days for a "trip".

Not to run a tangent of this thread, about the actual clubs... Here is what my offers look like, for the casinos I have given action to over the past 3 years.

Cosmo, very nice balcony room, $250 in free play and $100 in resort credit.
Treasure Island, JR suite (basically just a room with 2 shitters) $450 in free play.
Mlife, very nice suites, $400 in free play and $200 in dining credit. The needles moves on the extras, depending on where I stay. If I book Luxor, its the suite + $450 free play and $250 dining.
Caesars Rewards, OK rooms, $300 in free play.

I absolutely weigh the slot club, with my offers, before taking anything. It doesn't get talked about much, but Treasure Island has a very good club too, that is rich in free play if you work it right. And by "right" I mean flipping your stupid treasure chest gift points into more free play.

At the end of any given trip, I have more free play for my converted points at Cosmo. 2nd place is treasure island in that regard. Then Mlife, and a distant 4th is CR, which is the slowest to earn point, and when you make them free play, you forfeit half of them. I basically end up with $0.00 in point play with CET, as I just use the reward credits in the food court. About the only place I can afford, with how few I earn.
