There is zero info out there for their players club. Does anyone know how any of this work?

On their website, it says you earn 3 points for every $1.00 of coin-in on the slots. What does a point get you?

I assume you earn Genting points. What are those worth, and what can you spend them on?

Has anyone done a players club card match? I guess I matched to their highest card, and that comes with 2,000,000 Genting points. Do you get the points? Or is this like MGM Rewards, where you just get the card color, but not the bonus ($200 dining credit with them) if you match and don't earn that level?

Does a higher club card get you anything, beyond earning more points at a higher rate?

Has anyone used their cashless wallet? It seems like a good idea, but I have heard they charge you to load the account. And then charge you again to empty your wallet. But their website makes no mention of fees.

How are their offers? Comparable to what you get at other casinos in town, for the same play?

Lastly, since its a new casino. Does anyone know if they have any older slots? Typically I spend most of my time on older IGT type games. I look for the shittiest cabinets in the casino, and that is where I tend to do most of my playing.

I’ll try answer a few of these. I was just there for NYE.

My former Cosmo host is there and gave me an Ace card. It did not come with any points. There has been no benefit to doing the match but i appreciated it. Perhaps I’m accumulating points which can be converted to freeplay quicker??

I’ve stayed twice and since got a slot tournament offer and a Super Bowl offer. I have not received an offer with freeplay or resort credit. My host told me that the marketing department is not up to speed yet. She has matched my cosmo offers for both my stays and will continue to do so.

They have some of the old school IGT games that are in newer cabinets. They have old school cabinets for Top Dollar etc in high limit.

Contact you’re former Cosmo host. She’ll set you up.

I have already been matched, and I did so via my old Cosmo host who is now there. And she has matched my Cosmo offer as well. I just didn't know if that matched card (She said it was to their highest level, but might have just been to their highest earned level. Since it looks like the top 2 are invite only) came with the points already or not.

But it looks like you answered that, and it comes with just the level and no points. Lame.

So I am already set up, I just dont know how any of it works.

Have you used any of the points you have earned?

Thanks Elf. Do you know if it was 1 to 1? If so, earning 3 points for every dollar gambled on a slot is huge! Thats 3% back.

I believe it’s 1000 points for $1. I was not impressed. It was similar to Wynn and MGM and nowhere near as good as current Cosmo earnings. It’s better that nothing I guess.

Appreciate the info! And yeah, that isn't too great. $3.33 coin in for a penny.

Better than Caesars Rewards though, with $5.00 coin in earning a penny. Well, $10 coin in on slots for a penny, since they charge 2 to 1 to use RC's for free play. Now THATS bad!

There are fees close to 3% to add funds, inactivity if you leave funds in the account and another fee to deposit funds back into a bank account.

If you have the app you can select my cashless accounts, create pay plus account, enter SSN and the above T&Cs will pop for you to agree.

When we signed up for the card they were encouraging it but I saw the fees and noped out.

    The fees are ridiculous imo.

    Whoa!
At that point just get a line of credit to take markers. No extra fees, cashless, and most casino do a soft credit check verse hard.

That's insane! What does cashless gaming do for the casino? Just off the top of my head...

It saves them money, on having to send someone to refill the TITO rolls.

It saves them money, on having to buy more TITO rolls.

It saves them money, not having to have a human being clear jammed tickets/cash from machines.

It saves them money, by not having to pay someone at the cage to take my paper bills, and print me a TITO to play with (many big gamblers do this, instead of feeding hundos into a machine)

I'd have to assume, it also lowers gamblers inhibitions some while playing. As reaching into your pocket to reload a machine doesn't allow for that gambler to pause and assess their current spending situation.

They already have the system in place, so its not like they are paying much (if anything) our of pocket to offer me this service.

So it saves them money, allows them to have fewer paid employees on the floor and probably allows for gamblers to spend more, and certainly more loosely. And for that, they want to charge me extra? Yikes!

3% in and 3% out, is 6%. And that is money that I am using to gamble, and the machines typically have a 12% hold. So I am giving up 50% more of my cash on the first cycle. No Thanks

Yeah with zero fees, then MAYBE this idea could take off.

WAIT. WHAT??? How in the entire hell are they playing the "we're still catching up" card over a year after they opened?

All those things are true, but there's also missing the marketing aspect. "Cashless" is a very buzzy thing in the gaming industry right now, and being able to claim that you have a "cashless" system appeals to the not-insignificant segment of the population who thinks the whole concept of exchanging rectangular pieces of paper is antiquated (for the record, I am not one of them, and always carry cash in Vegas).

Regarding the fees, don't forget that the average Vegas visitor is ludicrously insensitive to price. I still remember the time someone in the Aria lobby asked me where the closest ATM was, and I told her that the closest one was on the casino floor over yonder, but the second-closest one was just a few steps further away in Crystals, and charged a much lower fee, if not no fee depending on your bank, as opposed to the $9.99 or whatever the casino ATM charges. Her exact words, and I quote: "Who cares? I'm in Vegas!!! WOOOOOO!". People are willing to pay, a lot, to avoid having to carry cash, which ties back into my point above.

lol, made me laugh about her not caring about the atm fees. I'll walk a solid mile to a allpoint atm (In walgreens, cvs, target) so I don't have to pay a fee lol

Yeah, there are Allpoint ATMs absolutely everywhere, especially when you're in the vicinity of Aria. There are at least three inside Crystals, plus one in the CVS downstairs between Aria and ParkMGM, and another in the Walgreens next to Planet Hollywood.

I can count on one hand the number of times I've paid an ATM fee in the past decade, including when traveling abroad (and I don't have any sort of refund or rebate through my bank account, I've just gotten pretty good at finding free ATMs), but apparently people like us are in the minority!

How much can u withdraw from cvs ? I know previous trip neither of us could get cosmo or aria working on our cards when they had worked in the past. The cvs at ph would only let me get $400 and we ended up using the ph atm.

We typically see the $10 withdrawal charge + the bullshit padded conversion fee + there is some sort of a new convenience fee added in as well. I don’t recall the last one in detail as I tend to be quite drunk when using the atm on a walk of shame.

I'm also Prime with Royal Caribbean so I can charge to my room on tables no fees. There was this guy playing tables next to me who was prime who INSISTED on going to the atm to get more money (i think a 15.00 per transaction charge) vs free charging to the room. Made no sense to me lol

It's $400 at a time but you can easily do multiple transactions (up to your daily ATM limit). Some of them, like the one at Walgreen's at Harmon Corner, are only $200, which is annoying, but still no reason problem with doing multiple transactions.
