While I hate charging to my room on a cruise, it's the best way tbh. Just not safe traveling with lots of cash, plus I get 3x credit card points on my travel purchases so def worth it. You DO have to be very disciplined tho.

so you must have gotten more than 450k in tier credits then right? do you have a feel of how many points you got via table play?

Does anyone have experience redeeming the dining credit and airfare reimbursement? How does it work? If you have moved thru two levels, do you get both? Or only the highest level?

No, my host put me in the relatively unpublished “Crockfords” tier which is by invite only. It does not list your tier points in the app so I’m showing as zero. I did get the airfare and dining credits.

How exciting to have the. Crockfords tier… hopefully some good perks to go with it! I’ve been trying to understand the redemption for the dining and airfare credit and based on the latest thing I read, it looks like the airfare is one time per earning period so I guess you just get the highest amount there. However, for dining it looks like it is one for each level you achieve. Was that your experience?

I did so on my last trip. The airfare was a bit of a pain in the butt. I went to the cage, and showed them a copy of my tickets on my phone. They then had me email it to them, something like cage@RWLasVegas.com and that went to a manager. Once they saw it, they approved it. And it was uploaded as free play about an hour later.

My dining credit was easier. They loaded it right away as a separate credit. You HAVE to tell the place you want to use it at, to use that credit. Or they will pull from your resort credit by mistake. But when you tell them, they should be able to see it.

You should only get the one flight credit now for your lower level. And then your higher level the next time. They wont give you both at once. And Id fear if you used the higher one now, it would make the lower one go away. The dining credits should be able to ride side by side. Since they each have their own code. But again, youd have to say "Use my $250 credit" or "Use my $500 credit" depending on where you go.

Sadly, there is a lot of trial and error at RW. Which is why I started this thread. But after a half dozen visits, Im getting the hang of it. Just know, that one person could tell you one thing there. And another person could tell you something conflicting. I was told to room charge for my resort credit on my first trip. But after my 5th trip, I was told not to. And that my players club card works like a credit card for resort credits. Turns out, my host was backending my meals all this time. And I wasnt even using my resort credit. Whoops!
