Carbone is awesome!

Went to Carbone on opening night back in October and it was fantastic! Looking forward to trying Harvest on my upcoming trip and am also hoping that some of the new places in Cosmo are open by then.

 

I'm definitely stuck in a Vegas restaurant rut as I haven't eaten yet at any of those new restaurants. What are the stand out items at Carbone?

 

You must try the Caesar salad and veal parm. Both outstanding

 

Good to hear. We are eating there in the 15th. So, I hear the veal parm is the way to go but how are the steaks?

I don't think anyone from our group ordered steaks. Off the top of my head we had langostines, carpaccio, and pancetta as apps. Then we all had Caesar salad and basically everyone ordered the veal parm as an entree but I might be wrong. If I'm missing something from the meal, some members can fill in the blanks.

It was all awesome though and you will love it!

Thinking back, we actually could've done a family style meal with a bunch of things to eat and sample.

 

Loved the Caesar and veal parm too (although I liked Sinatra's better) and would also recommend the rigatoni Alla vodka.

I love Sinatra so it will be interesting to see how they compare. I'll tell my husband about the rigatoni Alla vodka as that is one of his favorite dishes.
