Thanks for the tipsWeather has been pretty good until today. We get into Halifax Thursday so hope it’s better by then.

 

Spent the day walking around and bought some souvenirs.

 

Dinner at Sabatini’s. We’ve been to Sabatini’s on 3 different Princess ships and this was the best meal of the 3.

 

Slots weren’t bad last night, stopped the losses and broke even for the night. Lots of small wins, the best of the bunch below.

Have to burn off some calories from all the food so making sure I get my steps in.

 

Weather cooperated yesterday and Bar Harbor ended up being great, nice little town. Really enjoyed the tour through Acadia Park and up to Cadillac mountain.

 

After dinner and the show, a classically trained tenor who did a wide range of songs (he was quite good), wife and I sat in the main lobby and listened to music and watched the people who like to dance. We took ball room dancing long ago but gave up, we decided to take it up again when we get back.
Hit the casino for a bit but wasn’t really into it, dropped another $200 but spent most of my time chatting with some people I had met.

So yesterday was a bust as we couldn’t dock in St John New Brunswick due to high winds. Ended up being a sea day which wasn’t too bad as just relaxed and chilled on board; got to read a chunk of the latest Bernard Cornwell novel.
Gambling wise, was quite good. Some small hits.

 

Then hit my first HP of the trip.

 

Top progressive was $12k on a $6 bet but I have been mostly low rolling and can’t complain about a 2000x bet win.
Tomorrow is a sea day and back in NY Saturday AM so think we are ok.

 

Froze my ass off on the excursion to Peggy’s Cove yesterday and ended up catching a cold so went straight to bed after dinner, probably saved myself some money as didn’t hit the casino.

 

Played a bit today and hit this.

Surprised that even though this will be a winning trip (unless I go nuts tonight) the casino host on board still offered me a free future cruise, not sure I will be able to use it but nice to get it.

 

Played some VP then shut it down. Weather’s supposed to be bad in NY tomorrow with expected cancelled flights. We fly out Sunday so hopefully will be ok by then.
