    My two favorite steakhouses in Vegas are at Sheldon’s properties, but this go around I think I’d like to go somewhere that I can charge back to my room at Aria.
    So, can Charlie Palmer be room charged?
    If not, opinions on StripSteak v Prime?

    Can’t compare those places but Prime is excellent. It’s a bit stuffy and low key but great steak and wine.

    I've had consistently good experiences at Stripsteak. I've had great meals at Craftsteak but it's very inconsistent.

    That’s what I have heard as well re:craft
    I think we’ll try for Strip
    Three dinners while we are there shaping up nicely: Kabuto, StripSteak, Carbonne
