    Here. we. go. again.

Borgata for the next few days, then off to National Harbor to try and get myself over the 1M for the year again, and then back to Atlantic City for a 500k blackjack tournament over at Ocean.

1M front money ready to go, and heading down in 3 hours.

Haha - so. this is a tale of harshness and grit.

    Session 1:
    Marker 100.
High point was around +32, but then got shredded into regret at not leaving earlier into
    Marker 200.
Dealer asked if I wanted a reshuffle as this was early in the shoe, and I declined like a dumbass, and in hindsight, I should have taken him up on the reshuffle ask, because
    Marker 200 + reshuffle
Now in for half a million, and whenever I manage to grind together a run, it gets cut short and then another bout of run-bad. Max recovery was to around 780 before getting smashed.
The whittling from 780 to low 300's was fast, but the recovery was not to be.
At low 300's - there was about an hour or so of grueling back and forth. before I got nailed again by some runbad.
Dealer's 4's and 6's up were especially bad, almost always counterfeited or catching a string of low cards.
    And then there was nothing.
    0/1 -1M, dealer 0.

I needed to wait until Tuesday for banks to reopen.
Had a little bit of cash so low-rolled locally.

    Monday
    Hard rock:
1/1: In for 11.5 total, Out for 22, -0.5 dealer tip, Dealer plays 2x 0.25, and lands a blackjack + pat hand that wins. They scoop all the chips including the baseline before I can explain the intention properly, and end up dealers +1.25. My net: +9. I ask if my special rules (RSA + surrender) carried over from my 250 front money last time, and they looked, conferred internally, and yanked both options away (!).

    Ocean:
1/1: In for 10, Out for 21.5, -0.5 dealer tip. Dealer plays 2x 0.1, noped. 1x0.1, noped. remaining 0.2, asked if they just want to sink it as it was the end of the shoe - Dealers +0.2, Net +11.

    Net from low-rolling: +20.

Tuesday rolls around, and I head out to my local bank.
    Wire across 1M.
    11:06 AM : 1M received.

    Session 2:
    Marker 100.
Getting things back on the rails. Quick session and out by 11:34.
Also - table was marked Reserved, but the highest denomination the tray was stocked with was 5k's.
Made sure that they knew that had to change up.
    11:34 AM 1/2: +74, dealers +1.3

    Session 3:
Table was restocked with 2 columns of 20k mustards
Marker 100. Choppy, and needed another
Marker 100 to complete some splits/doubles.
    12:58 PM 2/3: +80, dealers +1
I hold onto 100 in chips, to avoid the bottleneck of having to rebuy again.

    Session 4:
    In with the earlier 100,
    2:47 PM 3/4: +81, Dealer tip 0.6

Take a breather for the rest of the day, with friends in town.

    Session 5:
    In with the earlier 100.
    8:01 PM 4/5: +90, Dealer +1.5

    Session 6:
    Marathon session.
100 onhand went poof. Marker 200, poof. Marker 500. smoked.
One more Marker 500 - new shoe.
    This one connected eventually.
I ended up hoovering up all of the mustards on the table, and most of the gray until the table got a much needed restocking with 800 in 20's as my buy-in ended up at 1300...
    1:24 AM 5/6: +256, Dealer 1.8
Held back 100 in chips to avoid another rebuy.

    Session 7:
    Smaller marathon session.
    100 went poof.
    Couldn't avoid the rebuy.
    Marker 200 did the trick.
In for 300, out for 558.
    2:52 AM 6/7: +258, Dealer +4.8
Held back 100 in chips to try and avoid another rebuy.

    Session 8:
    2 shoe session.
    100 went poof, yet again.
    Marker 200 yet again.
And this time again is another decent sized win.
    3:52 AM. 7/8: +211, Dealers +0.6

    AND WE ARE DONE

    Balance at 2,050,000.

Net +50 for the trip for Borgata, +20 elsewhere, Aggregate +70.

Headed down to National Harbor for a day or two to see about grinding net 1M out of there for the year.
    Currently at +683.

Hauled 1M in FM from Borgata down here.

Massive amount of freeplay available - they made all of the free play from September available...

    Session 1:
    Marker 100. Smoked
    Marker 100. Smoked
    Marker 200. Here we go.
In for 400, out for 436.5 and done for the night.
    1/1 +36.5, Dealer +1.2

Got some solid sleep and now ready to start cranking again.

    MGM National Harbor:

    Session 2:
After a bunch of back/forth trying to get a 100 marker (my account is apparently locked from the line staff access) , went and got 100 from the cage.
Table was initially ok but then got choppy.
Asked them to put through the 100 request for the table, and just in time.
    Down to 50 from the 100, 2x 15 out
    Hand 1: A/A
    Hand 2, 8/9
    Dealer showing a 3. Excellent.
    Split the aces, A. Resplit.
    First hand becomes 3 hands: A/3, A/j, A/3.
    Second hand stands on 17.

    Dealer flips over a 6. 9. (FML)
    Pulls a 2. Ugh.
Pulls a 5! (no more small please)
    Pulls a face.
+60 on the deal and +10 in the black.
End up +80 and -1 dealer tip bet.
    Dealer choses 1x 0.5. Lose.
    1x 0.5. Lose
I feel bad, but also thrilled that I dodged that nonsense.
-1 dealer tip bets - ask how she wants to play it.
    And she doesn't - so it's fine.
    2/2: Net +78, Dealer +1.
Dodging the 2x losers was worth it.

FM shows +109.5 for National Harbor this trip.
Site shows win of +111.7 for this trip, so +2.2 dealer tips.

Haha. Yes. +270.5k for the day in National Harbor. National Harbor recorded win is now 925k for the year.
I shut it down because I was trying to catch the 11:55 Acela back to Philly to get back to Borgata where my other 1.05M in front money was stashed, but then cage slowed down the trip end process because they prematurely deposited the 1M cashiers check that I deposited for FM JUST HOURS PRIOR - so they had to go through the whole process of re-issuing checks (and of course now these will have the normal deposit delay. ugh)

I'm back to Atlantic City for the weekend.
Have a 500k blackjack tournament over at Ocean and otherwise just fucking around doing my daily grind and back to NYC on Monday - so hopefully +1M more by the time Monday rolls around.

Ahh yes - definitely early. The last time I played at National Harbor I was up by 600k in the first 2 days before getting it obliterated, and then I'm in for 1M and needed a rescue inbound 1M more to come back and end a smidgeon ahead. So I needed to rectify that experience.

    Resuming at Borgata.

    Session 9:
Marker 100 - dealer piled the chips together like a dick 'n' balls - and promptly destroyed my ass on the 100.
    Marker 200 + reshuffle.
This shoe started off better - but I only got as far as even, until things turned back downhill again, but managed to stay above 200 for most of the shoe. Ended at 237.5 for the shoe and then a 3rd shoe began.
Shoe 3 was again treading a lot of water, until this one hand:
    2x 30.
    First hand is 7/7
Second hand is something like a 15
    Dealer showing a 4.
    I split the 7's, First split hand pulls a 2. Double. 4 for 13.
Second split hand pulls another 2. Double. 4. for 13.
AAHHH and I have 120 on this set.
    Second hand stays.
    Dealer flips over a 5. pulls a 2.
    and then a 3. and then a 9. BUUUUUST
-80 net turned into +70 and it's TIME TO GO.
-1 dealer tip bet and this is when dealers switched up.
    burn a card
and then dealer plays 2x 0.2 - AND DESTROYS.
    8/9: +69, Dealers +3.3(!)
