Zuma - How long for dinner?

How long we talking to eat dinner at Zuma? I had a reservation for Saturday night but because of Celine I canceled. I went to reserve for monday night after Bears game (Mitchapalooza!) but sadly on open table there is no time after 6 on Monday. Though I will call property they have have some spots open table doesn't show.

If I catch the early bird at Zuma at 530, can I reasonably expect to make it to Caesars by 700 via lyft for the show at 730, or is Zuma a Gordon Ramssey 2 hr dining experience?
