Anyone else having issues with logging into the Grazie website?? I've gotten an error message for the past two days. Wondered if it was just me.

Thanks. I called Grazie, and they seem to be unaware of any issues.

Yes it is. More frustrating that the Grazie reservations people are clueless to the issue. o_O

Called Grazie Services yesterday and talked to 4!!! people, all claimed there is nothing wrong with website. Finally talked to a manager who said "updates have been going on" which may be the reason the site does not work properly. It's been a week now........

Everytime I log into grazie it always says to call and not what the actual offers are which drives me crazy.

Me too. Be sure to have your account set to accept emails- I will get the offers sent individually that way and can see the actual offer in my email but it’s rare for any of the links to see the offers from the website actually work!

I received a message on their FB page and they said their system is down, and they do not have a timeframe for its return. In the meantime, contact them by phone for account related queries.

Oh boy, that sounds familiar. It has been down / having issues for several weeks. I received an email from my "host" (I guess that's what she is) in response to my question, and she said my points were now in the right places (before all points had reappeared under hotel spend), but she didn't share anything about if/when the website would be back online. Kinda crazy.

My concern, based on three different and recent reviews I read from Trip Advisor, is that onsite Grazie members are currently NOT receiving their comps for the past several weeks. So it is not just the website access, it might be their entire Grazie system? The below was posted by myself, under the thread: "November Grazie Gifts," as that thread sort of got off topic and lead to the website being down discussion.

"Their site is still down as of this afternoon. I am really shocked that this "system upgrade" has taken nearly two weeks now!? When I checked Trip Advisor again, there was yet another review posted by someone yesterday (September 27) under Palazzo, saying this is affecting onsite slot players with NOT getting their comps and free play! I am keeping my eye on this, as I have a trip there in two weeks. Now I am wondering if I should book elsewhere, as a backup, if this is not resolved by then. Does anyone know WHAT they are upgrading/changing, in the first place? Does anyone have a host they can ask?

(Realize this probably belongs under the "Grazie Website Down?" post; however, I see we are already discussing here now.)"

This is one of the three reviews I saw on Trip Advisor. (If it is a copyright issue to repost this here, any staff member on this site can feel free to delete this post.)

This hotel has issues with its IT system affecting the members club.
Whilst their rooms are marvellous with a price to match, this hotel is not for anyone wishing to gamble. Yes you will lose your money gambling as the house advantage ensures this. However compared to all the other hotels I have stayed at during my many stays in Vegas, ( Tropicana, Treasure Island, Exalibur and Luxor to name a few ) the members club GRAZIE for the Palazzo, is simply awful. The poor staff are obviously clueless about how to work their systems meaning that you can honestly spend over an hour at a time standing in a queue simply to see your points and enable the free play you qualify for. The icing on the cake was on my last night, having already wasted around two and a half hours of my stay at the Gracie desk due to system issues, their system again crashed. I was advised it was only installed at the start of my visit! Clearly with insufficient testing and training of staff members on its use. I was unable to use the free rewards they give you for gambling or the slot play I had built up. Even their manager Doreen Filomena was clueless as to when the system would be working.
For me the whole point of Vegas is the gambling experience. Yes I expect to lose, but I expect the hotel to be fair and honour any free play they offer. They failed to do this. Their apology was insincere. Clearly they do not care about their customers.
My advice is yes by all means if you can afford the room, it is very comfortable. But join the M Life members club and gamble in TI, Mirage etc or even join the member’s clubs of the smaller casinos around the hotel such as Casino Royale, Harrahs or Flamingo.
YOU WILL NOT GET A DECENT SERVICE IN THE GAMBLING HOTEL OF THIS HOTEL. And to me service is everything. Yes I chose to gamble but I expect the hotel to honour the commitment of the member’s club they encourage you to join.
The staff at the GRAZIE desk are frazzled and clearly embarrassed that they have no idea what is happening with their systems. They spend much time in huddles around their computers or on the phone seeking help. Hence the queues are horrendous. The owner of the casino is Sheldon Adelson and it is he that should be embarrassed for putting his poor employees in the position that they are in.

I am at Palazzo as I write this.

Below is what the new Grazie screen on the slots looks like. They have removed the countdown and point balance information. There is no option to see your points. The first option is your free play if you were offered any with your hotel stay. After your free play is used up, it disappears.

The second option is redeem points. This shows you only the dollar amount available. No points! So I guess from the dollars you could figure out how many points you earned, by seeing the change in your dollar amount as you play. That is only if you know how to do the conversion, which I myself do not. I was told to get your point balance you have to go to the Grazie Desk. You can't check the website because it's still down.

And speaking of the Grazie desk, the reviews about Club Grazie were correct. Just take a look at the long lines. The person in the back of the line has not moved for 10 minutes!

The third option is a new one called slot credit bank. This is when you redeem your free play or your point balance onto a machine. If you don't use up all of the amount transferred from either of the first two options and you cash out and take your card out, the money will be transferred into this third option/bank. In the past, any Free Play you transferred and did not use would stay stuck on the machine. It now will go with you to the next machine, still remaining uncashable.

Yes i noticed the same options on the screen. I imagine youll be able to see points eventually. Im just bewildered why this is a work in progress. Its been weeks!
