Harrah's NOLA almost put me into quarantine today

Degenerates will degenerate, right???

Went back to Harrah's NOLA this afternoon (mistake 1 - as I usually go in the morning time). Sat at a $25 DD BJ table. Checked in for $1500. Play about 15 to 20 shoes. Never got above +$400 or below -$700 playing the usual 2 spots. I decided to move to a 6 deck shoe game in the high limit area (mistake #2). I abruptly lost the $1200 that I brought over from the DD game. So what do I do? That's right, pull another $2K. After I lost $500 of the $2K, I moved to the DD game in the high limit area (the only positive here is that they open the high limit area at 4pm on Fri, Sat and Sun).
After dwindling that down to about $400, I got multiple spilts and doubles on the 2 spots that I was playing that forced me to go to my stash to accommodate the potential of the hands.....so I just checked in for another $3K....YIKES. If you have read my last couple of threads, this is the entire profit that I have made since July 3!!!
We actually started to catch some cards over the next 5 to 6 shoes. Dealer (Kim) says, hey @nolablackjack, it looks like you are about even. I said not quite, I lost at other tables....Oh, sorry she said.
But then the cards got good.....got the whole $6500 back plus $700 profit (with about $200 in dealer tips sprinkled in).
Got out of dodge pretty quickly after the last shoe that put me +$700.
