Spoiler alert. They are rolling Identity access and info into Rose their AI chatbot. I tested it this morning and it is so cool to be able to get tier status, or identity points texts right back to me.
I can totally see myself chatting Rose from the casino floor to check my status to a next tier level... (Depravity, thy name is Stasi74)

 

Like clockwork I would email Identity a week or two after a trip and a week before a trip to get status updates. Glad it’s all online now!

 

I really enjoy the new website and the detailed information it provides. I hope that when staying at Cosmo and playing it updates the information on the spot.

 

Just checked the site after seeing this post. Site looks great, especially comparing the previous one.

 

So I registered for access on the new website but when I try logging in, I get a message that says I need a confirmation email before I can get my personal information. I have not received a confirmation email. Did I miss a step here?

 

Did you check your spam or junk folder?

 

Yes, I did. I did call the number listed and asked for Identity Membership and they told me I had to wait for an invitation before I could gain access. But based on the comments here, that doesn’t appear to be the case.

 

Try to register again... hopefully they have your correct email on file!

 

I registered today and spent some time checking out the new site. So much better! I also played around with some texts to Rose, which I think is super handy!
Glad it is finally up!

 

I tried your suggestion but I got the message that they have already confirmed my account with my email. And I still can't get in. Thanks for the idea though.

 

I was finally able to get acces to the website. I spoke to someone at Identity membership who walked through the entire login process with me on the phone. She noticed something wrong in the process and a couple of minutes later I was able to get in. Kudos to the Cosmo’s customer service @Cosmo_Slot_Vice_President . I find it to be the best among the casinos.

It's a really sharp design. I like the thoughtful iconography and awesome pictures throughout.

Also, seeing that level of detail for earning/spending points is fantastic! It also transitions very well into booking offers--I'm excited to make my next one on the new site!

Congrats to the whole Cosmo team on this!!

 

On a side note, has Cosmo recently redesigned the Identity cards? I'm not sure if the graphics online reflect a new Identity card design, or if they're just used for identifying the different Identity tiers on the website...

 

They’re Identity cards match those designs. I just got back this morning, and they look like those online! Really nice, sleek design!

 

Is anybody else's reservation weird? Every time I log in I have a different free play amount or food amount and it's always 2 of the same. 2 food or 2 free play never been one of each and the amounts skip all over. I'm not concerned because I'm sure their side has it right.. but is it just my account? If not, do they know that's happening. It's entertaining me. My room is right though and it never changes.
I also like that it rounds down to how far away my trip is. I go in 21 days but it's telling me 2 weeks so it feels better
